Butter is to me a magic ingredient, it is so expensive on its own for a good reason. You can't taste it on its own, but when the buttery smell wafts through the kitchen, all is worth it. As bakers ourselves, we have tested and proven in our own bakes, It produces high functioning aroma that gives a delightful impact, adding a whole new mouth-watering experience in your baked goods, cream fillings, frostings, jams, sauces and ice cream products.
