Lavender Oil
Lavender oil is one of the world’s most popular oils.
Lavender has a sweet, herbaceous and uniquely floral scent. It is prized for its numerous restorative properties, which is better known to create a calm, serene peaceful environment. It is proven to aid with sleep and better rest.
Add a drop of lavender oil into your favourite baby oil or massage oil, and massage into your skin after a nice warm shower. Simply use it in the air diffuser for more direct impact 30 to 45 mins before bedtime.

Diffuse 2 to 3 drops per 100ml of water. Topical - Dilute to a maximum of 1 - 3% in a carrier oil.
